Description

Thanks to the protective felt, these super-strong magnetic hooks work well on delicate surfaces. They can be attached, repositioned and removed without leaving any scratches. Concealed under the felt is a strong pot magnet with a diameter of 32 mm. The protective felt is added by employees of the Murghof workshops.

These hooks with scratch protection are the perfect accessory for the Alunet shade cloth: They attach the net securely to the car without scratching the paint of the vehicle. Make sure to remove the magnetic hooks from the car before you drive off.
The magnetic hooks are also great for other delicate metal surfaces. You can, for instance, hang up a towel directly on the washing machine.

Please note: The full adhesive force is achieved when the ferromagnetic counterpart is smooth and of sufficient thickness and when the pot magnet makes direct and full flush contact. Pot magnets already lose much of their adhesive force at a distance of only half a millimetre to the ferromagnetic surface. Please note

Misuse or rough handling may damage delicate surfaces such as car paint, especially when the car is dirty. The felt cover of the magnetic hook can drag dirt particles across the finish which may lead to scratches. Make sure that the vehicle is as clean as possible and do not unnecessarily drag the magnetic hook across the paint surface.

The Alunet shade cloth has a grommet in each corner, to which magnetic hooks may be attached in order to tightly secure the cloth on the car without damaging the car finish.

The structure of pot magnets

Pot magnets have a neodymium or ferrite magnet built into a steel pot. When it comes into direct contact with a surface, its force will be focused on the holding surface as a result.
